Mr. Schoonover was born in Wilkes -Barre, PA in 1953. He has two sisters. He attended high school at East Strousburg High School in Pennsylvania. Then he went to college at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. He later attended college at West Chester State College in Pennsylvania. Some of his hobbies outside of school include hunting and enjoying the GREAT outdoors. His profession before coming to Roberts was teaching. He taught in Havre, Montana and in Idaho.
