JaLayne Obert

JaLayne Keebler Obert was born January 29, 1953, in Billings, Montana.  She graduated from Roberts High School in 1970 and went on to attend Rocky Mountain College in Billings for a year.  She married Greg Obert in 1971.  She has 2 sons, 2 daughters, and 2 stepsons.

She has worked for the Office of Public Instruction, the Montana High School Association, the Helena school district, the Helena College of Technology, and was assistant director for Project Challenge, a federal program assisting dislocated workers.
